Numismatics

Numismatic collection of the National Museum in Leskovac was created by merging two archaeological and one historical numismatic collection into a single one. The collection was formed from money donated to the Museum by fellow citizen Sergej Dimitrijević during its founding in 1948.

Today, the collection includes 5,564 coins and notes from antiquity to modern times.
