The basic fund of the collection is an overview of Serbian art created after the Second World War to the present day. The character of the collection was determined by the conditions in which it was created, as well as its curators: Professor Srdjan Marković, PhD in art history and art historian Živojin Prokopović. The works were performed in a variety of techniques and formats: oils on canvas, watercolors, tempera, pastels, combined techniques, etc. The collection consists of 384 works by 81 authors.
